CONSULAR OUTREACH PROGRAMS
In order to expand the coverage and raise the effectiveness of providing consular services the Consulate General of Russia in Houston has launched a series of Consular Outreach Programs targeting population of several major metropolitan areas within its consular district. Such programs are conducted on by-appointment-only basis and require preliminary preparatory coordination with the Consulate General and receipt of confirmation of appointment stipulating the time of the meeting with the consular official. - Appointments are requested by completing and sending to the Consulate General an appropriate form by e-mail, or by fax (713) 337-3305, with a reference note: “Consular Outreach”.
- Upon receiving the request consular official of respective expertise contacts the applicant using the information provided on the form and conducts preliminary investigation and elaboration of the issue.
- Once the appointment is confirmed the applicant receives a notification indicating the time of the meeting with the consular official.
